Ambrose Matika

Ambrose Matika is a Housing Finance specialist with three decades of successful experience in mortgage lending and housing development project administration in the Central Africa Building Society (CABS), the largest real estate financier in Zimbabwe. Now retired, Ambrose has remained active in the housing finance sector as Executive Secretary of the Zimbabwe Association for Housing Finance. A strong believer in the long-term attainment of affordable housing for all in Zimbabwe and Africa at large, Ambrose periodically contributes to publications on housing matters and participates on human settlements consultative fora. Ambrose enjoys his weekly round of golf with friends.
