Dr Joseph Awoamim Yacim is a Principal Lecturer in Real Estate and the Dean, School of Environmental Studies, Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, Nigeria. He had his PhD in Real Estate (2018) at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. His research interests include the use of artificial intelligence and regression-based techniques in property pricing; real estate investment analysis, environmental resource management and house price spillovers.
