Mandy Drummond

Mandy is a management consultant with extensive experience in the public sector whilst she has also consulted in financial services, communications, and universities. She had a stint of formal management consulting with one of the Big 5 consulting companies. She has a diverse background in business consulting, including project management, performance management, stakeholder management, business transformation projects, data analysis, and latterly her consulting has focused in the areas of research/analysis, assessment/and evaluation.  In undertaking assessments, or supporting these efforts, of assessing data from a range of sources, her roles have utilised analytical/reporting and writing skills. She has been involved in supporting social housing related research assignments including for the Social Housing Regulatory Authority and the National Association of Social Housing Organisations. She was part of a team drafting the CAHF 2019 Yearbook profile for South Africa. She holds B. Social Science (in Social Work) degree and Advanced Diploma in Social work both from the University of Cape Town, and a Master of Business Leadership from (University of South Africa)
