Victor Mose

Victor Mose is a policy analyst and consultant in matters pertaining to infrastructure services and financing. He has vast experience spanning over 10 years in the field of infrastructure including housing and allied economic services, having worked closely with players from government, private sector and international community. Mr. Mose has conducted various research and capacity building activities and has been involved in policy formulation process in construction, urban planning, transport, water and sanitation.
