Access to Housing Finance – Considering the Next Phase of FSC Targets

This paper is the fourth in the access frontier series for housing finance in South Africa. It traces the evolution of South Africa’s Financial Sector Charter (FSC) and what this meant specifically in terms of access to housing finance.  With this analysis, the paper then projects forward a new set of FSC targets that might be applied, given demand and supply factors prevalent in the market.
