An access frontier to housing finance in Malawi

This presentation is part of the Access Frontier series, this report  looks into the extent to which low income households in  Malawi have access to housing finance.  Using FinScope data, the paper provides an analysis of the access frontiers of various market zones and how these zones could be populated. It also provides a framwork for analysing access across all zones.
