This is a presentation by Kecia Rust based on the paper by the same name. While the study analyses the South Africa housing sector performance, it also focuses on the new human settlements plan by government. The presentation highlights the housing pressures through an analysis of the effective demand, the residential opportunities by providing an overview of the housing supply, and the consequence of the demand and supply consequence.
