CAHF General Newsletter I December 2022

The Centre for Affordable Housing Finance (CAHF) publishes a quarterly newsletter. This newsletter covers a broad range of research published by CAHF on the African continent as well as upcoming housing finance related events and workshops.

In the final newsletter of 2022, we announce the launch of the 2022 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook and share feedback from the 38th Annual AUHF Conference held in Cairo, Egypt. In addition, recently published research on the urban rental market in Tanzania and potential for residential REITS are disseminated.

The newsletter concludes with an invitation for all to attend the Housing Finance Course in Sub Saharan Africa to be held in-person in Cape Town.
