CAHF in Tanzania
The Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa, supported by Tanzania Mortgage Refinance Company and Bank of Tanzania hosted a workshop in Dar es Salaam on 28 August 2017 at the Banking Museum Hall at the Bank of Tanzania. The purpose was to engage with local stakeholders involved in Housing and Housing Finance in Tanzania to guide CAHFs 3-Year Strategic investment focus into the country. The workshop was attended by almost 20 representatives. CAHF presented on the research material we have that includes Tanzania as a focus country and shared information and experiences that could support the local housing finance sector as well as how we use business intelligence and analytics to understand affordable housing markets.
