Development of Housing Finance in sub-Saharan Africa

This presentation addressed processes that could provide a shift from macroeconomics instability to stability with regards to housing finance in the region. Specific attention was given to urbanization, land and housing, and mortgage finance delivery.  An overview of microfinance for housing purposes was provided as a new financial product.
