Housing Finance in Africa: The state of practice and issues to consider

This presentation was given at the Habitat for Humanity International’s Africa Middle East Area Leadership Conference. The presentation focused on what the current state of housing finance was in South Africa and the rest of the sub-Saharan African region analyzing the extent of housing microfinance.  The presentation also focused on the challenges facing housing finance with regards to scale and relevance.
