Housing Finance in Africa: The State of Practice and Opportunities in Engagement

This presentation was given at the SIDA workshop in Stockholm Sweden, where the theme was “Building Assets for the Poor: Going Beyond Financial Inclusion into Wealth Creation”. The presentation makes use of the Housing Asset Triangle to explain to the current state of practice and opportunities in the housing finance sector in Africa.
