Is there a case for the funding of Social Housing by Commercial Banks?

This is a presentation given by Nedbank assessing the viability of the role of commercial banks in the funding of social housing. Nedbank Affordable Housing division has been involved in social housing projects before, through Public Private Partnership in which they provided funding. Some important points of interests are also provided pertaining areas of consideration by commercial banks before they issue funding.
