Lending to Construction Entrepreneurs: The Story Thus Far

This presentation was given at the September 2006 FinMark Forum. This piece analyses the development of lending to construction entrepreneurs through a timeline of NURCHA’s history. NURCHA is a Section 21 company mainly funded by the South African government and the Soros Foundation, which it provides bridging finance to contractors in the construction industry.
