Minister Sisulu’s Housing Budget Speech: 15 July 2014

South Africa’s Human Settlements Minister, Lindiwe Sisulu, gave her inaugural budget speech on 15 July 2014, following her appointment as Minister after the recent national government elections.  The speech covers targets for the first 100 days, first 12 months, and full five year term.  Lots of opportunities for engagement.  Also see Larry Hobson’s blog on the subject.
