Presentation: Launch of 2021 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook

The 2021 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook was launched 3 November 2021 at the 37th Annual Conference of the African Union for Housing Finance. This presentation introduces the 12th edition, put together as part of a collaborative efforts over over 60 housing finance experts and practitioners.

Targeted at housing finance practitioners, investors, developers, researchers and government officials, the Yearbook provides an up-to-date review of practice and developments in housing finance and delivery in Africa, reflecting the dynamic change and growth evident in the market of each country over the past year. We are extremely proud that the Yearbook has built a significant reputation in the sector, as a credible and unique source of valuable information on country housing markets.
