Press Release: Affordable Housing Conference to Tackle Africa’s Growing Housing Needs

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire – From January 30 to February 1, 2025, the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF), in collaboration with the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF), will convene an international conference in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to address the essential role of affordable housing in fostering economic growth across Africa.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Bruno Nabagné Koné, Minister of Construction, Housing, and Urban Development of Côte d’Ivoire, the three-day event will bring together over 200 policymakers, financial experts, and housing stakeholders to discuss challenges, trends, and innovative solutions that could transform affordable housing across the continent.
