Job Openings: Research Manager

Housing finance is an important and growing sector in Africa, with unexplored opportunities, ripe for attention. CAHF has been working in this field for the past five years, providing high quality, well-respected market analytics to stimulate investment in affordable housing. We are looking for two dynamic Research Managers to join our team.

Are we looking for you? You need to be a good writer and a critical thinker, driven and determined to succeed. You’ll be a self-starter, independent, but able to work as part of a close-knit team

You’ll have a couple of years research analytics experience behind you working with quantitative data but with the ability to write narrative reports, based on your critical and analytical thinking. Maybe you’re working in a bank, in the financial services industry, at a management consultancy, or at a university?

You’ll have an Honour’s degree or a Master’s in Economics or Development Economics or something similar. You will be South African or have a valid work permit.
