This is a glossary of concepts that are frequently used in the affordable housing market in the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa. With concepts from “accrued but unpaid interest” through to “yield curve” this glossary compares definitions of terms that together describe the affordable housing ecosystem. It was originally prepared for the Affordable Housing Institute.
