Summary Presentation: Asset performance of government subsidised housing assets

Just under a quarter of the six million residential properties on the South African deeds registry are government subsidised houses.  This presentation provides an overview of the findings of the study into the asset performance of government subsidised housing in South Africa, and offers recommendations for addressing the challenges identified.  The presentation was most recently delivered at the African Centre for Cities in Cape Town, South Africa.
