Tenure Support Centre Case Study: Subsidy delays – the challenges of government housing subsidy administration

The Tenure Support Centre (TSC) has been operational since July 2018 and since then has seen over 2000 clients with various property-related issues. The most common issue relates to problems with title deeds. This case study documents the team’s first-hand experience of the processes and systems that underpin the administration of the individual and FLISP housing subsidies.
