The access frontier for housing finance in South Africa: How low can you go?

This presentation is part of the Access Frontier series looking into the extent to which low income households in South Africa have access to housing finance.  Using FinScope data, the paper provides an analysis of the access frontiers of various market zones and how these zones could be populated. It also provides a framwork for analysing access across all zones.
