About the TSC Learning Series:  

The TSC is hosting a series of short, practical webinars to discuss the common case types that emerge during the primary transfer of RDP houses to beneficiaries and how best to resolve them. The Learning Series forms part of the Beneficiary Administration & Transfer Toolkit developed by the TSC in collaboration with the City of Cape Town’s Tenure Administration and Transfers Programme. The lessons captured in the Toolkit are based on the direct experience of the TSC in dealing with the primary transfer of over 700 properties in Makhaza, Khayelitsha.
