TUHF Marks 10 Years Winning International Mortgage Banker of the Year Award

11 June 2013, Johannesburg –.TUHF (Pty) Ltd (Trust for Urban Housing Finance), has announced that it has won an international award as the Mortgage Banker of the Year at the recent African Banker Awards while celebrating 10 years of a Good Business, doing good.

The ceremony took place during the African Development Bank Annual Meetings at the Taj Palace Marrakech, Morocco.  The international awards are a landmark event that celebrates excellence and best practices in African banking and finance.

Paul Jackson CEO of TUHF says “It is a great honour to have received recognition on an international level for our Mortgage product that we offer in South African cities. At TUHF we understand how important it is to bring access to finance in our specialised and niche market.”

TUHF is a financial services company involved in urban regeneration by specializing in rental housing and inner city lending. To date, TUHF has financed over 17 000 units in the inner cities in South Africa for the benefit of commercial property finance customers.
