Webinar Proceedings on REITs in Affordable Housing: Challenges and Opportunities in Africa
Making Finance Work for Africa (MFW4A) in partnership with the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) is hosting a series of webinars on housing finance in Africa.
The first module was held on 13th of July 2017 on REITs in Affordable Housing: Challenges & Opportunities. It examined the potential of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in supporting the African affordable residential market. The webinar was based on key findings from CAHF’s recently commissioned study on Residential REITs and their Potential to Increase Investment in and Access to Affordable Housing.
