Pamela Lulama Nqini

Pamela Lulama Nqini was the Head of Market Development for CAHF. She has over ten years of financial services experience in statutory, financial and management accounting with companies in the asset management, fiduciary and banking industries.  She later joined the real estate investments team of the Standard Bank CIB group wherein she became part of the management team mandated with winding down its real estate investment portfolio valued in excess of R2 Billion in size.  The  highlight of her career was working on projects that responded to the developmental and economic need of the regeneration of the inner City of Johannesburg, one of which was the 12000 square meters mixed use development with residential units and retail.  She completed her undergraduate degree with CPUT in Cape Town and furthered her studies in real estate programmes with the University of the Witwatersrand. She has a Masters degree in International Development Management at the University of Westminster.
