In April 2022, NMRC hosted a roundtable in partnership with the Center for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) and Reall to chart a collaborative way forward with Nigeria’s housing and housing finance stakeholders based on recommendations from a full report on the availability of affordable housing data in Nigeria.

CAHF and 71Point4 jointly delivered a presentation exploring  opportunities and next steps to promote data availability in Nigeria’s housing sector. The presentation covered a background of the Data Agenda, a quick dive into mortgage data, a discussion around the data pipeline for housing and next steps.
